Whittlesey Wordsmiths are a writing group set up as part of the u3A. We meet every first Thursday of the month at 11am at Peel House in Whittlesey all u3A members are welcome as is anyone else eligible to become a u3a member. Currently there is no cost for hiring the venue and no fees. If this might be something that might interest you please turn up and give it a try.
We offer support and discussion about writing, enjoying presentations from some of our members. Our group includes successful, talented, published authors and writers, a talented biographer, exceptional proof readers, together with those, who write for fun and entertainment. As a group we have attended writing workshops, meeting other successful local authors.
We grow as we learn from each other.
